what i think of Alec Empire? eeh... nothing. i've only heard their remix of Björk's 'Bachelorette', 'The Princess and the Killer Whale', that's not enough for me to have an opinion about them. |

I think it was Carl Crack from ATR who died. Alec Empire's still about. I think. His work wasn't always extreme Pachi, I don't rate his later stuff but the album Limited Editions 1990-1994 is up there with the all time ambient electronic greats, imo. |

'the destroyer' is decent i think. much better than atr's '60 seconds wipeout', which i own, listened to no more than 6-7 times, and now regret ever spending money for it. great dustcollector though, i'll give it that. |
