my original comments on pumpkins need to be revised.

there early stuff is great, but the last two albums were
particularly crap!

might be tired of their music, because i could know great &
beautiful music thanks to this MB.

IM sure ok computer is definetly one of
great album in 90..

im sorry i started this stupid thread...
i made really stupid remarks, i don't know what i was
thinking
i used all the wrong words there, but it just came as a
total surprise to me...
i mean, i was searching for some album and kid a crossed my
way so i gave it a listen, since i really liked it in the
past, i thought it was something totally new and exciteing
at that time
but i find it so much weaker now, it is totally boring and
nothing new to it really, and its not just that i prefer new
releases, even releases older than kid a are so much better,
it really cant be compared
im not sure what radiohead wanted to do when they released
kid a and amnesiac, but certanly they didn't invent anything
new... though it blew me away when i got it :)
it is very undefined music, not rock not electronic, its
like they wanted to improvise a little, but there are
artists who just excite me with simmilar wanting to
improvise like sound

again, im sorry for this stupid comments, i'll try not to do
this often hehe, i'll put it in better form from now on
(when i dislike someone)

surrounded, thanks for backing me up there, but those
remarks i made are really foolish and stupid
and im a real monster in real life :)

i'll do better, i promise

Words mean anything, magicant.
People have lost all respect for words, though. No one pays
attention to words anymore.
No one sucks, some are just better.

hm stupid remarks or no, i kinda agree with you tolstoyed. i
find myself wanting to listen to kid a or amnesiac but thom
yorke's voice stops me :( i used to love the whininess but
it's become rediculous. musically radiohead has become quite
redundant as well, if you're into idm. bjork has done a
better job than radiohead has trying to blend styles. imo

No, sorry, I wrote wrong:
"Words mean everything"

I have nothing against radiohead..but I am yet to be tempted
to buy an album of theirs...I do believe however they get
far too much credit for what they are doing..i.e merging
electronica and rock..

lets put it this way..if their songs come on the radio or on
a video show..I dont mind them..beyond that I have no
interest..

but i'm hopeful for the new record.

as for the pumpkins, after the bold adore move they
should've taken step 2 and put out something at least as
innovating. adore was a good move, machina was billy
overestimating himself.

i find kid a and manesiac to be lame, after i discovered/got
into matmos
it is not the samy music genre, but their style is alike
imo
and hearing of what kind of stuff matmos and people alike
are capable of, i can't see why radiohead are so poular...

I've listened to kid a like a 1000 times and it still
doesn't bore me in any way, same goes for the bends,
amnesiac and of course ok computer (the best album ever made
imo).

I do love Radiohead but they are ovverated.
Thoms voice can grate at times too,and they're not actually
doing anything special.Someone has already stated this,so,I
will not repeat it.
