On vinyl once more
Following a reprint of the CD version in November, SKAM have
at long last repressed the vinyl of Boards of Canada's
classic 1996 EP "Hi Scores".

Along with Twoism, this is required listening for any BOC
fan wishing to hear the bands' earlier work - tougher tracks
like "June 9th" and the amazing sparse electro of "Nlogax"
are unlike anything on their later albums.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I HAVE IT ON CD AND THAT WILL WORK FOR ME, BUT OTHERS MIGHT
BE INTERSTED
I don't understand why this took so long to get into boomkat
/ warpmart etc. as it has been on the skam website for a
while now. Normally warp is ahead of skam with its own
releases (e.g. Meam).
cheers. I too have it on CD, and feel no desire to buy it on
vinyl.
Agreed. An album as great as that should not have been so
limited!
*hugs his soup cd*
Its actually often on Ebay, and generally goes very cheaply
(around £15-20 which is basically what you would pay for
the normal album in a place like HMV anyway).
It also looks absolutely fantastic, and the artwork on both
the sleeves and the vinyl is truly extraordinary.
*hugs his fyuti picture disks*
:>
