I get angrry sometimes, no alot of the time, and i neverr vent it because when i do i end up upsetting someone and i hate that. what do you guys do to vent yourr angerr, coz the strress of it can't be doing me any good. |

I train a lot of gong fu, that leaves me totally vented most of the time. Otherwise I drink myself pissed and do something jackassy. |

when i was younger, i took glass bottles to a little wooded secret place and smashed em against rocks. and other things. i don't recomend that. lately i don't get angry so much that i need physical venting, but next time i do i will follow my friends advice, as he says it does wonder for him, even bringing life altering catharsis: listen to bjork's pluto very loud and rage vocally with it, in dim light or darkness, focusing on the unternal source of the rage. |

yep violent computer games are a good way of venting... shame i have a crap computer I've got a really crap guitar upstairs, so i throw that about (surprised it hasnt snapped) - playing my better guitar really helps too. While playing "ground zero" by union kid :-) |
