yeah it was very professional !!

thumbs up to Ceri JC

id like to see him close more threads, because of the lack
of quality, not cause hes power happy.

I have closed other threads in the past. I don't need to do
it very often (thankfully), however, the past few days in
particular there have been a large number of "silly topics".
If I'm in doubt I tend to leave it open, but when a thread
says "I wonder how long it'll take to get this closed" it's
a pretty clear indication of it being two fingers up at the
mods/webmasters.

Please, please, please don't start "silly threads".
Especially ones that are (quite literally) asking to be
closed.

agree with ya Ceri JC !!

have "enough" people been banned or temporarily banned to
get this point across to them ?

as example, the thread you just closed.

I'll use my stock response for this- Phobiazero selects,
"Trusted Friends"...

It's also dependant on how many moderators are typically
online at a time-for example with Jand, Xceque and me all in
the Uk we have that time zone pretty much covered for office
hours.

I wish us powerful people had our own ''Mod Logs'', and
could keep track of all the threads we've locked, messages
we've deleted, and people we've banned.

I want to see my hitlist.

Vit C is the poster I've abused my power on the most...
which is too bad, she's groovy.

do you ever think it will get to the point where you either
ban or temporarily ban YOURSELF ?
