Ramen alfredo, kinda - cheese, milk, butter and parmesan,
with some basit and sliced tomato.

What I like better are plain old oriental rice or egg
noodles in a Tom Kha kinda soup stock.

i also didn't notice you were form Sacto

I used to, and still will sometimes, fly into Sac just to
avoid OAK or SFO when I go home.

Yeh well there's the whole malnutrition issue. :-) I think
those noodles are fried or sumpin--at least they have lots
of fat-- which is why they taste so good

i heard that they use wax on those instant noodles..

wax the noodle.

they use it so they dont stick together or something..

now your cooking with johnson and johnson

wow that ramen alfredo sounds like a plan and a half

heres what I do for my own thing though.
I take oriental ramen and get that boiling while I cook up
some hamburger with unions and bell peppers in it and then
mix it all together and throw some pepper jack cheese on it.
not sure what to call it yet. but I dig it lots.

I've also been known to mix scrambled egg into any flavor.
the tomato sounds like a good idea though whoever said that.
