need your help. i was hoping for the names of some good
music programs that have a lot of manipulative features or
effects for .wav files. freeware, shareware, demos, or full
versions are all fine. and maybe some sites where i could
get these (but no full versions if it's shady) thanks for
your help.

forget about mazsoft too long since I've been there. I
remember them having put up some sound editors and stuff
