well, depends how you use the word pop

pop has generally been attributed to what could be called
"bubblegum" pop

shit like Aqua, Spice Girls, Girls Aloud, etc etc etc

whereas the real meaning of the word pop means popular music

i heard some blur-some of their songs are ok
i have 2 gorillaz albums, not any good tho
i dont think i know many others
well depeche mode, thats probably it
i used to listen to british pop tho-unbelivable by EMF was
my favourite piece for a long time
