I have got this killer tekkno (the way it was spelled around that time) track, that I taped from a Danish radioshow some time during 1991, but I never did find out its title. I can put a bit of it on a short sound file an send it to you, for you to listen to. My e-mail is: Aphex@mobilixnet.dk ...drop me a line if you are a fan of tekkno from that early period and think you know a lot about belgian or dutch acts (which I definitely think it is).
