Anyone else agree that teletext simply shits all over the
internet for retro coolness?
How good would it be to have a teletext aphex board? (hint
hint anyone working for channel 4)

Well I used to like the C4 stuff like Digi and the music one
but they changed the layouts and stuff and I've gone off em
a bit.

i'm a fully confirmed teletext addict as well as an el-p
fan. its best when you randomly start exploring the numbers,
come across all sorts of weird stuff, like when transmitters
are being shut down, completely random grids of numbers, all
that good stuff :)
it starts to take on much mystic significance in a certain
state of mind though, bit scary.

its a uk thing. there's a button on our tv remotes which
brings up this 80-s electroclash looking menu thing with all
sorts of info, "news", reviews and random gibberish. its an
acquired taste really but i'm lovin it
