draft 7.30

i'll try to make this short. and please excuse my horrible
english.

without hypocrasy or pretense, i spotted draft 7.30 on
soulseek, and downloaded it at first glance. my heart was
beating 400BPM and nerves are going crazy in my fingers.

album was finished downloading, i loaded it into the
playlist. played it immediately.

xylin room (1) - i'm thinking "whao, real instruments". the
song is all finger drums and i was reminded of REQ
immediately.

iv vv iv vv vii (2) - 100% ae style. didnt tickle my
imagination as much as Ep7 but was still great, i loved it.
fucking wonderful song. i know it was by them, i _know_ they
created this.

6ie.OR (3) - i'm thinking to myself, "this is jsut their new
style." and it was this distorted bouncy synth with a funky
voice in the background saying stuff about the universe. i'm
like... "okay...."

tapr (4) - what the fuck are these guys problems and
where did they come from. it's an extremely cut-up modern
"JA RULE/LUDACRIS" style rap song. there is a fraction of
belief in my mind that it could still be them.

surripere (5) - some 80's pop song.

>:(

theme of a sudden roudnabout (6) - "pretty thang" by michael
jackson

hmm...

my conclusion: yes, the promo is fake. except for track 2
"iv vv iv vv vii" which is just too autechre to not be
autechre.

anyway.

consider me fooled.

fuck.
