Sounds good. Don't like the one membership per IP address thing though - both me and my brother are big fans of Aphex Twin and like to visit this messageboard under seperate names. Could you allow people in families to register more than one username? |

Phobiazero, may I suggest you put in an option to cancel one account and register a new one? It will mean people would still only be able to use one account, but they wouldn't be forever stuck with their original option. Hmm? |

What's the point of a star system? I have one on my stupid forum and it sucks, I can't get it off, it only takes something like 200 posts to reach the max 5 stars. Whats the point of it? On my board, the default setting is: #50 Posts to become "Junior Member" #100 Posts to become "Full Member" #250 Posts to become "Senior Member" #500 Posts to become "God Member" And it doesn't really take long to become a "God Member," but it can be changed, customised. They're sort of good to, sort of see, like between a user that's just arrived and one that's been here for awhile. |

It's funny, but most of the posts here with suggestions sound like things YaBB already has (it's the board I use). Perhaps Tunefish should look at the source code and spruce it up a bit or add custom stuff to it (there's an extensive mod community for YaBB with hundreds of add-ons (mods) available. |
