How fucking great is this ep? i'm gonna go out on a limb and say that's it's better than amber, incunablua and tri repeate. This is the absolute peak of autechre's early period... it took a few listens to grow on me, but now im listening to it daily.. |

nope, only 1 & 2.0. people say beautiful garbage is crap. shirley manson is so cool, and some of their lyrics (especially medication) really feel like they are written to ME. |

I always liked 'Vow' by Garbage. And 'Dumb' off 2.0, so much so that I ripped off the middle eight and made a whole different song oot of it. |

funny how this thread turned from a 'Garbage EP' one to a 'I think i'm paranoid-Garbage' one btw i highly recommend æ's garbage ep if you like their early stuff (incunabula/amber etc.) |

I like both versions of Garbage :-) The first garbage-album is just amazing (they kind of lost the magic touch after that IMO)... but that first album... wow. I can just listen to it over and over. And she has such a sexy voice :-p... "come down to my house, stick a stone in your mouth. You can always pull out if you like it too much..." Meow! hehe... That line always has a "special" effect on me... ;-) Ae's garbage is also an amazing piece of work. I like how the first track starts of kind of boring (again IMO), so after two or three minutes you lose your concentration a little bit, and then when you're not paying very close attention, it starts kicking in. And then a few minutes later you suddenly snap out of it, and realise you're listening to a really great song! :-p The last song on the ep almost makes me cry every time i hear it. |
