They're pretty cewl on stage: when i saw them, they started out by putting a microphone on a cage for hamsters and plucking the bars while playing some beats in the background... than they pulled out a saw and cut the cage in half (imagine the noise!!). While one of them was cuttung the cage the other one started blowing a big gas baloon and then used it as a drum. then they attached a small radio to the balloon and realeased it into the air while the radio played an old cheasy tune! :)

'a chance to cut is a chance to cure' is a bit boring to me... but i love the stuff they did with bjork.. 'its in our hands' is gorgeous.. as are most of their contributions to vespertine

vespertine tour wasn't too exciting though. after seeing her so excatic and expressive on the shepherds bush video she seemed rather reserved.

I dont really understand what these guys are up to. Its not very musical. They do the kind of music you need some sort of reference or explaining text to acompany the CD to understand...

They came through Louisville a couple years ago, before they had released "A Chance To Cut..." and I kick myself for not going. It was at this small venue and it was really cheap to get in, as I recall. I heard all kinds of wild things about what they did that night.
