How does he do that? How does create all these BEAUTIFUL songs? Just listen to Terras Theme from FF6, or Aeris Theme FF7, or Besaid Island FFX.

I'm not so sure myself, but he manages to.
Although, I'm a bigger fan of his older work, as oposed to the PSOne FF's.
FFX had a fantastic soundtrack, but he had help by two other Square composers.

Nobuo Uematsu is the AFX of video games. :D
I loved all his work on FF6 as well as Crono Trigger (which he did half of), that I went out and bought the original sound versions.
