Yes guys, I'm back with my best work yet! Download
'untitled001' and see! Remember, if you live in the UK and
would like to buy one of my CDs just e-mail me with your
name, address and telephone number and I'll send you it for
FREE!

The address? http://www.geonime.fsnet.co.uk, of course!

We are the same kind of thing.

Altho I only have been working on music for 6 months. And
reaktor is only going to improve my music by 73%. And I
don't use cakewalk. And I write my own beats. Wait, come to
think of it, the only thing we really have in common is the
fact that we are learning reactor.

Anyway. I couldn't listen to anything in there. Any my3
samples I could hear?

Hey, I'm buying some new equipment and stuff so soon all the
beats n stuff will be my own.

Don't let him mock you, Geo...

I know how it is to start off from scratch... especially in
music! I read your site. Interesting stuff, mate.
Unfortunately I'm at my office right now, and will be able
to download the stuff in a week (I'm getting DSL then). But
I can see that you really put much energy and passion into
your work so I think you'll make it sooner or later!

Taxi on 2001-09-17 16:18 [#00033022]

You should try using fruityloops. Its cheap and effective.
I not mock you. I was mocking people who always have to see
parralels in themselves and other artists. Take no offense.

i like your untitled track geonime, it was cool. creative
and had that child like melody which makes me smile.

i dont mean childlike as bad... the rdj album is quite
childlike in its melodies

but thats what i think...

im just starting out too... feel free to virbally bash me
and my music http://www.mp3.com/xanpha

Pretty good, that experiment one. The melody was an
interesting little piece (and the second part that went on
top fit well). It got to be a repetitive melody after awhile
but I don't think that really mattered that much. The drums
were very nice and complicated, sometimes molding into a
pattern, but not holding it for long until it changes again.
I like how the melody stayed but the sounds composing it
changed for awhile.

>>>Hey, I'm buying some new equipment and stuff so soon all

all the beats SHOULD already be your own. if not, you're
just copy and pasting shit together. that's not music.

Geonime on 2001-09-18 10:08 [#00033715]

That's not true. I'm taking simple drumloops, cutting them
up into tiny peices, transforming the sound and spending
HOURS rearranging the sounds into interesting patterns. I
don't have the equipment to make decent sounding drums yet,
so what do you fucking expect me to do?
