i'm sure most are familiar with this word.....what i found INteresting was the origins of this word.......so interesting. i used to read greek mythology like it was going OUT of style (perhaps it has) and i remember this story. enjoy! tantalize (TAN-tuh-lyz) verb tr., also tantalise To tease or torment by showing something desirable but keeping it out of reach.
