I was digging through my album collection and I found a couple gems.
What are some albums that you thought were totally fantastic but failed to make any sort of impact on the world whatsoever? Here's mine:
Colourbox - s/t Fatima Mansions - Viva Dead Ponies Insides - Euphoria His Name Is Alive - Mouth By Mouth Pieter Nooten & Michael Brook - Sleeps With the Fishes Poster Children - Daisychain Reaction Glee Club - Mine Pram - Helium Bailterspace - Vortura Ultra Vivid Scene - Joy 1967-1990

I recommend..the album Thermos and EP Aim...Baliterspace were also The Gordons..the legendary band that has been cited as an influence by Sonic Youth..as well as being the lineup for Skeptics...a stunning AvantRock/Industrial combo..

VAST are cool mate, the first album is the better one, the guy (Jon Crosby) did it entirely on his own. The second isn't bad but it veers worryingly close to U2 - the first one is much more original.

well maybe, but it is underrated which is a way of not remembering it as a great album, so this means its forgotten as a great album... and for me one of the best forgotten albums...
you get me?

true and most of the albums i mentioned got good reviews and decent to good sales when they came out as well, but the thing is, they've been forgotten or marginalized since then (wrongly, IMO).
