Does anyone know what kind of software Telefon Tel Aviv is using to randomize their rythmns?
- On a lesser known note - How about what software tatamax is using to do basically the same thing only to a way more extreme.

you can randomize with fruityloops if you know what you're doing.

I think that is what most people do also, they program the drums to sounds sketchy and random. But if you can use Max, you can make a patch that can granulize and beatslice on the fly which can kind of randmize it a bit, and that can be interesting. Max is a very powerfull tool.

I do it all by hand myself at the moment - But I could definately tell they are using sometype of external software to do it ( that is highly controllable ) simply because the slices are so precise.
Max is so dense that it seems like it would take forever to get up and running with it.

The RANDOMIZER in REASON kicks ass ! Its better than the one in Fruity Loops, cuz it can RANDOMIZE whole drum pattererns.

See people - I'm not actually asking how to randomize here.
What I'm asking is if anyone knows what Telefon Tel Aviv uses in particular.
Tatamax as well.
Randomizing is no secret of the universe - But what they use in particular is to me.

If someone knows anything about what your asking, it will be here
If I were to guess I would say they made a customized Max enviorment, or maybe through a custom built intrument in Reaktor
Look for interviews, artists usually reviel some kind of hardware/software technical info through their interviews.

Soory if I sounded rude - I just thought that this thread was running way off in a different direction from the question I was asking - That's all. Thanks for any input.
