Underworld - A Hundred Days Off

Freaking rocks!! Great great cd... one thing about
Underworld, their music never sounds cheap... it's always
classy, and all that... and it's always killer dance
music... I love the melodies on this album, and a lot of the
songs sound almost like jazz... I got this album and Twoism
for Christmas, and I must say this one is SOOOO much
better... Twoism just sounds too simple... usually I don't
mind that if it's good, but I don't know, it just doesn't do
much for me... I find it fairly boring overall... A Hundred
Days Off on the other hand, rocks!!

but....it could have been better

shrug, who care what has already been done... this album is
good to my ears, and I don't really care about other trance
music...

Well I did listen to Underworld sometimes when I was getting
into the whole techno thing but they've never done any
classics that I like. Not like early Orbital or Aphex.

Underworld is one of my top 5 favorite artists without a
doubt. They're amazing, they bring talent to a genre that is
severly lacking in. I just saw them live in october,
brilliant, very entertaining. Two thumbs up.

hybrid has done some good remixes but over the last couple
of years everything he does just sounds exactly the same. i
really like his drum programming though.

The new album kicks so much ass, it was such a nice
surprize! Some of the tracks on there are just wonderfull

hey fellas, have you heard the Alanis Morrisette remixes by
Hybrid?... I really like them a lot. If you like to dance at
least you must do it with fine dance music. I also
like some music of Platipus Records and start to dig BT.
I've said too much...

Honestly I was very dissapointed in 100 Days Off. Such
simple sounding dance music... Their DJ Darren Emmerson left
them, mb thats why it sounds so bad. Hell Beacoup Fish
sounds better then 100 DO. IMO the best Underworld album is
Second Toughest.

beacoup is their worst album by far.

have you heard the original born slippy? (the one without
lyrics, that sounds infinitely better/different from the
ever popular "nuxx" mix)

took me about 4 weeks just to find this particular version
with the way files are named on soulseek.

well worth it though.

the 2CD version of STITI, also includes the 'popular' born
slippy :)

i'll give it a search, curious to hear it :D

unless you have this cd single version

born slippy
born slippy nuxx
born slippy TEL E MATIC

it's not on any other version of the single unfortunately

remind myself why I fell in love with Kelly MacDonald.

How can you not like the song in trainspotting? It MAKES the
whole ending to the movie, everytime i watch the ending to
trainspotting I get that warm fuzy homade cookies feeling
inside. Ha
