I am looking for good downloads of "the Aphex Twin" I was turned on to him by this MTV mix(not a regular MTV fan)that was given to me on tape.the tape was called AMP and had an orange cover..The song on the end of that album still gives me goose bumps all over but the tape was stolen.can anyone help???? |

does it feature a mad voice screaming "come to daddy" repeatedly? if so, then it's "come to daddy" - which was the single released off the eponymously titled EP, and might be on a collection like AMP. another possible track might be "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball" also off "Come to Daddy" which has appeared on the Pi soundtrack. That track features literally sounds like a ball bouncing back and forth between your speakers (along with several other wicked effects of course). and if it's not those two, i suspect it's "Girl/Boy" song off Richard D James album, which features some beautiful synth strings and some mad breakbeats. either way, man, pick something up by the RDJ, you just can't miss... |
