now that you can actually use your own mp3's on mobiles
these days what tracks do you use, or would you use?

Just curious as i'm making a few aphex/autechre mp3's at the
moment for my new mobile.

I used to have powerpill on my old nokia before i lost it.
Self-programmed one day, rather bored. It was alright i
suppose.

I always feel embarrassed for people when their phone rings
with a song.

True. I just have the bog-standard "ring" now. Polyphonic
gheyness is Officially Not Cool.

i don't know, its pretty cool for your phone to ring with
something like Avril 14th or flim, I don't really see whats
embarrassing about that.

thats pretty good for a polyphonic ring tone. Mine are about
25 seconds long, thats long enough isn't it? Otherwise the
mp3's take up too much space.

offline chambre noire from Iceland on 2004-08-30 15:57 [#01318524]

yes. mine is a bit too long. when a person calls and then
hang up after like 3-4 signals.. the ringtone continues
until the midi is finished

i used for long time "donkey rhubarb" for ring tones and
"kesson daslef" for sms

then i changed "donkey rhubarb" with "meinheld" by muziq

my answering machine background music is heliosphan from
ages
