Worth seeing just for the immortal line that was sampled in
'Rabbit In Your Headlights'...

Yeah it was a very original movie when it came i think.
I watched it with my family and everybody jumped and scream
when that freaky shaking face suddenly apeard in the mirror
haha!
That fever scene is horrible!
I should rent it again , was a long time since i seen it.

Jakob the Liar, eh? I don't know--looked very different for
a Robin Williams picture...

If you're frightened of dying and then you hold on
You'll see devils tearing your life away
But, if you've made your peace
Then the devils are really angels
Freeing you from the Earth...

Should've known someone would point that out. I'm sure
Rabbit In Your Headlights is better than Forsaken though ;)

Good film, bit dated. I like the scene where his wife gets
dry humped and then killed by a lizard type thing

Yah, I'm not so big on VNV Nation. 4/4 909 kicks don't
really cut it for me. ;)

They also sampled the horrible Starwars holiday special.
That line "You are alone ?............Maybe i can help
you ?"
in betwen track 2 and 3 is actualy Boba Fets
voice as he meets a stranded Luke Skywalker.

Star Wars Holiday Special???

I also have a sound effects CD which contains sounds from a
fireworks display used towards the end of Lonely Soul.

Icredibly cheesy =)

That bit with the wookie family is so horrible , someone
should get executed for that , and im NOT joking.

Still tho , seeing Chewie and Han in the classic Falcon
cockpit gives me a semi.

I think the whole movie is funny. A friend of mine bought it
(on VHS) on a Star wars-convention in Malmö I think. And
that one had the original commercials in it aswell, and
they're also funny.

Yeah, terribly overlooked film. Scared the shit out of me
the first time, but the ending is very satisfying in a way,
and makes you feel good. I really love this film.

A fantastic film, with both a political and a psychological
dimension, all wrapped in strange drama horror.

An incredible film. I personally think it has hardly dated
at all, it's nearly 20 years old but hardly any of the
special effects look bad. Compare that with 10 year old CGI
special effects with nowadays look fookin' shocking.

Yeah it was one of the creative directors (of Silent Hill)
favourite films. They have a direct reference on Silent Hill
3 in the underground section that I think even has the same
named stations that appear in Jacob's Ladder.
