Ha ha, and what about that guy who wrote tarka (sp?) the otter? Leaving signals to German planes on his lawn :)
The family that owned the manor house I used to work as a gardener at owned all the petrol reserves in London. They gave it to the war effort (allies). Selling it to the enemy means you don't even support them- you're just a mercenary git :P
