Anyone here know and/or like this artist? I really love the
songs with vocals (by chris martin, jacob golden, wayne
coyne & michael stipe!), but i'm not sure yet what to think
about the instrumental tracks... seems like they are lacking
something... just got it today though, so maybe it'll grow
on me :-)

Haven't heard the new stuff. Got Closer Colder, and I must
say it's pretty mediocre.

oh cool! i hadn't even realized Your Love Means Everything
was the 2nd album :-p I always thought it was his debut.

I just knew David Kosten from the work he did with Ben
Christophers.

I'm beginning to appreciate it more but it ain't ambient
music! Not really idm either ... it sounds more like an
electronic version of mogwai maybe. (i was expecting ambient
though... because that's what some of the reviews i read
said it was).

Still i'm slightly dissapointed on the whole thing. Even
though the instrumental tracks are growing on me, i can
already tell i'm never going to think of this as a
masterpiece. Just a decent album with some amazing tracks...
oh well

hehe ;-)

Ah yes, that's it! That's what i was missing ;-)

Seriously though, i think you're probably right. He should
just find one vocalist to sing on all the songs of his
album... if he did that, his next album could be amazing!
