Ok - youce got to take a look at this site. Its just... amazing! I love it so much! Its a net radio site, where you stream whats being played.. like radio, but online. Its fucking awsome stuff. Its DEMOSCENE music, which I just found out about, its like a competition where you submit a video consisting of real vids, computer generated stuff, music you made {its like nintendo-ish tunes, but new} and code the whole thing together.... its DEMOSCENE. I love that netradio aswell, awesome stuff, i'll try to explain the demoscene in my words: Tne demoscene is loads of computer gatherings, where groups of people compete in making the best 'demo', a demo, is a program that contains a graphical show with sounds and music, (it can't just be a video with music, it has to be computer generated, i.e. created as you watch from code). more info on Demoscene at www.ojuice.net, scene.org, gathering.org |

to get you started, you have winamp?, press CTRL+L in winamp, type this adress in the box: http://nlc.no:8006 , click ok, and listen! In linux its almost the same in xmms. (the adress used in the example above is the Norwegian mirror, go to the nectarine site and look for your nearest mirror) |
