MORVERN CALLAR: An adaptation of Alan Warner’s novel of the same name, Morvern Callar is directed by Lynne Ramsay and is in UK cinemas from November 1st. A rich and intriguing story unfolds as we follow Morvern’s journey from a prosaic life on the remote Scottish coast to self-abandonment and re-invention in the sun drenched vistas of Spain. The soundtrack forms an integral part of the film; the tape her boyfriend left her before committing suicide. The sound track is released on Warp on November 4th.
