Who agrees that ICBYD is slightly ruined by this track? Listening to the first few tracks is tense because I'm anticipating that AWFUL noise which hurts my ears greatly. I usually skip it, and I don't like skipping tracks. |

i actaully like that track, very.. sobering. like cold black coffee after a long night at the bar or rave.... or it is like walking inot a steal trap after a long nap... but really, i like. when i am driving down the streets of Miami in my little black saab, where no one likes any thing but latino music, i blast that song, and piss every one off. i feel like a real bad ass. so, i guess, it has it's good points and bad poitns, becasue some times, i just CAN NOT listen to it.... my poor wittle ears *boo-hoo*........ |

Ventolin is SUPPOSED to make you feel queasy and annoyed -- because it's Richard D James audio interpretation of how he feels during an asthma attack. Now i don't have asthma and hope i never will, but i think that if i was coughing my fucking lungs i'd be pretty fucking annoyed. And anyways, my ears are used to the noise in Ventolin. By the way, my favorite remix of Ventolin has to be either the Crowsmangegus, Marazanvose or Probus Mix. And of course, the original. Cylob's remix of it is quite a treat too. |

being athsmatic (like me) is very claustraphobic,... the harder you try to breathe clearly the badder it gets,... and when you have influenza it's twice as bad,.. and "puffers" don't help when you've got that,... I'm think I'm gonna make a ventolin flu mix sometime,.. with the emphasis on the pianoish melody rather than the screech,...... |

i love ventolin. it's a great piss off track when you're in traffic. i need to make a comp. cd with some autechre too and blast it loud in my car. especially the new one i'm going to get. porsche 944 turbo with a 5 disc cd changer. it's going to be nice. |

I recently played tri rep+++ on full ball whilst my dad was in the car,.. he said that when you actually listen to the tracks the whole way through, it's not as bad as when you just walk in and hear little bits and pieces,.. I remember him once describing clipper as "record tear noises",.. but now I think he likes the song,.. |

I actually really like Ventolin. I bet Rich thinks we're all made if we like it, but I do. The track I really don't like is Alberto Balsalm. I hate it. I must be the only one. But I do. I find it irritating to listen to. Like an itch. |

I love it. I think it adds a third dimension to ICBYD. Not that ICBYD isn't "3D"... It's like a group of flats, on the bottom there is the really nice posh flats and on the second floor there is the grungy rundown flats. If ICBYD was a block of flats (come on people, stay with me!) then Ventolin would be on the second floor. And I love visiting the second floor :-) But some dont :-) |
