can anyone help me out? i can't upload it, it keeps
telling me it is an inappropriate file type. i have it in
jpeg format. is that different from jpg format? anyone?

just rename the extension to .jpg

Make sure you haven't renamed it yourpic.jpg.jpeg as windows
has a habit of doing if you have hide known filetypes
enabled in explorer

yeah, what they said, check; file size, file type, then
justb log out and log back in. it should be there. some
times it takes abit for it to show up.. like a day...
