just bought the video's (uncensored and uncut) today.. have
never seen them (have seen Army of Darkness though).. Bruce
Campbell look so young.

you're in for a treat. the first two are much different from
army of darkness, more horror/splatter-ish. Evil Dead 2 is
sort of a remake of the 1st one and it's also the best of
the 3 imo.

The first one was a film made whilst the director was still
in film school. (Who also happened to direct Spiderman). I
still think that Army of Darkness is far superior to its
predecessors.

never saw evil dead I, however i did by my BF evil dead II
and he let me borrow the DVD ....... it was interesting. the
effects were really unique.

and bruce campbell was hilarious.

fav scene was during the intro when they went over that
IMPOSSIBLY high bridge.....that was classic =0)

i remember sam raimi saying that he wanted to do nr 4 some
months ago. He also said that if he would make it he was
going to keep the budget low like it was for the other
films.

You can't get it over here on DVD. It's on video but
deleted. Second hand, or order the region 1 dvd from US, or
download the dvd rip on soulseek or kazaa...

I chose the last option =o)

I had Evil Dead 1 and 2 on VHS a long time ago, and Army of
Darkness, bought them all on DVD now.... excellent fuckin
movies.
