The soundclash...
It was kind of disappointing.
I Could have known that.
He was announced in a dj-soundclash with Luke V. and not as
an artist.
So I knew he wasn't gonna play his own music.
But I was hoping for a good IDM-set, with maybe some of his
own songs.

He didn't even play 1 of his own songs.
He didn't play any IDM at all , really...
Maybe he did, but I didn't wait 'till they finished their
set.
And he looked like it didn't interest him at all.
=(

But I still love his music!

Did you see that guy with that FANTASTIC windowlicker
umbrella?
That was me =)
There was a lot of people who came to ask me where I got
this umbrella.
Someone even wanted to buy it from me.
YAY!

oh, and I saw that Aphex/Duvel shirt too, but what are those
two doing on the one t-shirt?
Is there a link?

APhex : real good music
Duvel : real good beer

I havent seen your umbrella. I was very close from the scene
in order to take photos (i even took him outside )

As you i was wainting for more afx songs ( ahhh bucephalus
bouncing ball). He was just there to help luke vibert but he
dropped some awesome sounds .

The people?
They're all nice, friendly, kind, beautiful people!
Everyone helps everyone!

OH!
They're not all nice people:
I had an aphex flag, above my tent on the campsite, and some
cunt stole it while I was asleep.
I didn't really care the flag was gone.
I made it myself, in 10 mins, and it didn't really look
good,if you have a better look.
Must have been a very pathetic person who did that.

why are you interested in the recordings of that show? He
didn't play any of his music, not even IDM, according to
supreme.

He did his job.

I wonder if he noticed there was a crowd waiting for him..

OOOOH

My highpoints...
Well, I enjoyed most of what I saw,
but these sounded just that little better:

Schneider TM
Starbot Ensemble
Junkie XL
DJ shadow
Underworld
Royksopp
Lemon Jelly
DJ Buscemi

(If you ever have the chance to see one of these, GO,
especially Lemon Jelly and Royksopp.)

and the lowpoints ...

*considers to include Aphex twin*
*includes aphex*
- Aphex twin
-Super_collider

There are no other lowpoints
The only two that disappointed me were Richard d James and
Jamie Lidell.

Underworld played their old work (cowgirl, push upstairs, born

I walked out on an excellent (!) Get Up Kids
performance/show just to make sure I was in time for Aphex.
He started his set at 22.00 hours. The first 1 hour and 15
minutes *he* was in control of the music and Luke Vibert
assisted him. Great visuals (transformers advertisements,
BMX bikes, etc. etc.), and the sound was very varied and
okay-ish. Aphex put his signature on lots of different
types/styles of music, ranging from hiphop to disco to
techno to trance to drum'n'bass. Although I *was*
disappointed that he didn't 'play' one of his own songs
(like Come to Daddy!). The last 45 minutes or so, Luke
Vibert was in control and Aphex assisted. Too much
drum'n'bass and little variation. The show just ended (big
anti-climax) as Timo Maas took over. Aphex had no real
connection with the people who came to see him :-(. *Sigh*.
Little disappointed.

Good to hear someone elses opinion on the show.
I thought there was something wrong with me.
And now I know I didn't miss anything when I walked out
after an hour.

The visuals were good indeed.
