how about a ring-edit ? someone search a beat...edit them..and send it to the next musican here....you can make more versions about the beat, recycle instruments out, make rhythms and send midi files etc. with it. so you can see what ideas the others have... c'mon musicans lets start something! |

I have a [possibly] better idea: Why don't we do a mass-collaboration on one song? Here's how to do it: :: One person starts the song by writing an 8 or so bar piece that cuts off at the end of the last bar :: This tune gets encoded into MP3, then gets emailed to the next person. :: The next person continues the song by writing another 8 bars (presumably in the same tempo) and adding it on to the end of the MP3. :: The combined MP3 gets emailed to the next person. :: etc etc... In order for this plan to work, a list of people and their emails would have to be decided, and also the order in which to send the song. This would be a good way to showcase the talent here at the Community, by creating a 10 minute megamix of all the producers here... Sounds good, eh? |

Which email address should I send this song to? Because as you know I had trouble sending that MP3 of the remix to your ncjmedia.co.uk address.. I looked at your site and nothing was there, although about a month ago there was a song titled '3' that I downloaded, it's better than '1' in my opinion... |
