so there's a million reasons to like rdj, that's obvious but i just don't get some of it - is he trying to play towards a mass audience? guess so... well, this what I like, and i'd appreciate you telling me what YOU like so i can maybe sus exactly his appeal...maybe i DO like... on - well all of it all 8 tracks ventolin - very good ep caustic window - fucking genuis techno saw ii - say no more ab 3.1, ab 4 - bliss techno drukqs - thought it was shit to start with but really growing on me (give it a chance) i DON'T like... polygon window - yawn saw 85-92 - yawn icbyd, rdj album - boring, please, oh god OK... come to daddy - formularized but quite good (works much beter with visuals- pre-planned?) windowlicker - nice track but see above you're opinions please..... |

Like a lot: ICBYD - the perfect mix of passive and active music DrukQs - very experimental and unlike anything else About half of Come To Daddy - some is really interesting but some is OK Like OK: The other half of Come To Daddy - ehhh. Just doesn't do much for me. RDJ Album - Too poppy sometimes Don't like: Surfing on Sine Waves - boring Windowlicker - too short, just didn't catch my interest too much |

Indeed, I have to be in the right mood for SAW 85-92, or I just won't get into it. RDJ album will always hold a special place in my heart for it was my first aphex experience. I really like 4 & Yellow Calx. |

I like Polygon Window very much. It's like Richard's 80's music. It was made in the 80's, so when you hear it in 2002 it probably doesn't give you a big whoop. But I think all of his stuff is genius. Except Gwarek 2 and (equation). Those two are shit. |
