ok, after all these years i'm going to finally venture into
IRC. I downloaded this program called virc. I then tried
connecting to one of the default servers to test things out,
and i keep getting connection timed out errors. I repeated
this with soem of the other servers...it doesn't seem to let
me connect.

Can anyone post a network addy that is up and running so
that i can test things out? could there be a problem with my
connectiong configuration? how can u adjust the settings for
it?
