Drukqs blah blah. any good? blah blah. Tonight, I've just split from my girlfriend.She was my world but shes gone and I'm happy in a weird sort of way.. .no real sense of terminal loss but empty nonetheless. Its times like this when i wonder.......why the fuck do we bother arguing about utterly unimportant bullshit like a new aphex album(god bless him). I do not like this new album stuff, it seems since he is comingout with something new, everyone can just [well not everyone] babble away with meaningless information and speculation up the ass, its pointless. You mention the usuals, bogdan, squarepusher, mu-ziq.....but what about Nobukazu Takemura? I've been listening to his symphonies for the past few days now...his toggling between ambient and truly "experimental" within an album, and sometimes within a track, is refreshing. The stuff gets in the back of my mind and calms me. |
