i know this was discussed about a month or so ago, but i
never quite got what you were supposed to do. i had also
just downloaded fruity loops so i had no idea what the hell
i was doing in the first place. if anyone would write a
description (detailed please) it would be very much
appreciated. thanks alot.

ok...snare rushes

say you wanted to make a 150bpm track, you could either make
the whole track at 600bpm, stretching everything out
accordingly and allowing faster snare rushes, or you could
quickly make a track at 600bpm, which consists of lots of
different snare rushes, one after the other, and then export
it, chop it up in an audio editor, then save your rushes as
a bak of samples for use in your fruityloops track, which
you willcreate at 150 bpm. The second option's much less
flexible, but it's less of a pain in the arse to do, because
if you make your whole track at twice / four times the speed
you have to stretch all the melodies over lots of patterns,
which can get very tedious.
