anyone know where i could buy:
-5m jack to phono cable
-good quality separates interconnects for about £10
?

i cant really find anywhere useful online, and the local
dixons/currys/comet was useless

Tandy/RadioShack can sort out all your cabling needs....and
cheaply as well...I'm sure they've got mail-order/website if
you have a hunt around..(i.e. I'm feelin lazy)..

Any HiFi shop as well...although they do tend to be 10x as
expensive...

yeah exactly, the local hifi specialist will charge
approximately 50times more than anywhere else

Just get a big pair of hedge clippers, climb a telephone
pole, and cut down as many cables as you need.
