I accept that you could probably damage someones brain using
radiation like this, but to actually control the
populance like a remote control? I'm a bit scepticle...

"The techniques, which include debilitating high frequency
radio waves, hypnotic computer-scrambled sounds and
mind-bending electromagnetic fields, as well as an
ultrasound gun capable of killing a cat at fifty meters
,
were originally developed for medical purposes and adapted
into weapons, said journalist Yury Vorobyovsky, who has been
investigating the program for three years."

A nation trembles...

no not quite like a remote control..just certain..triggers
attacking certain parts of the brain modifying certain
ascpects...behavioral reconstruction..changing people's
habits..it's a slow gradual process..and they have have 3
decades to perfect it..do read on..there are testimonials...

All the IDM we listen probably makes us immune to
"debilitating high frequency
radio waves [and] hypnotic computer-scrambled sound" :)

and I thought the mass media was generally considered the
easiest form of mind control...

Why is it that people in rural/remote areas are the most
"odd" when surely they're least likely to be targetted?

they showed the ultra sound gun on the news last week..now
it can collapse a human being at that range..and is being
considered by law enforcement agencies all over..

mass media has loop holes..this targets those that fall
through the cracks of mindless consumerist zombie
syndrome...

the industrial bands like Clock DVA and even Genesis P
Orridge delved into exploring wavelenghts and frequencies
that will have benigh effects on the listener's brain...

"...think I'm gonna fuck with their PCs when they're outta
the room...:)... "

There was an unpopular guy in a place I worked before and
some of the guys knicked half his ram (they were weird PC
cases with the motherboard on a sliding system like a
drawer- very fast to open/close) and put it their machines
whilst the guy was at a coffee break. The guy didn't even
notice the whole time I was there...

The "bland family" as my brother affectionately terms
them...

a: Have you heard their new CD?
b: No. Play it for me.
(a plays record)
b: That's there old album...
a: No, look it has a new cover
b: ALL THEIR SONGS SOUND THE BLOODY SAME!

It's a bit vauge...
Looks like a case of a law covering all bases - I mean, a
"light weapon" could refer to a flashbang rather than
anything as sinister as a mind control device.

I read elsewhere about the ex-KGB making off with some of
the experimental stuff and then selling and reproducing it
on the black market. Its now been used by private security
firms for crowd control etc as well as the by the Russian
Mob

Russia have alway sled the way in mind contro/psychic
research. Look at the amount of resources they put into
remote viewer and telepathy research in ww2...

me more inclined to believe it...

Imagine what'd happen if you messed about with the
electronics of a brain machine? Maybe linking it to a synth
or midi controller :)

You could label each of the knobs with the effect and walk
around with it plugged in. You could have stuff like, rage,
confusion, despair, happiness, etc. on it.

Like that 2000ad character that has a dial to change his
mood :)
