Hey all, I just realised that NOBODY has ever talked about that song on I Care Because You Do, called Wet Tip Hen Ax (Track 8). So let's all give our opinions about it. I reckon it's kind of a sad song, I get the image of a sunset and the silhouette of a rooster crowing... |

for some reason, icbyd is the afx cd i listen to the least. some songs on it are so good but it just doesnt seem as consistent as some of the other releases from aphex twin. |

yeah. i reckon the album has a weak point. that's songs 4,5 and 6. Those three never really did much for me |

Ahh!! ICBYD is the best shit ever!! ahhh!! I can't even read anyone say anything bad about it, it upsets me so much! I Care Because You Do is a fucking masterpiece. My favorite album of all time. Wet Tip Hen Ax rocks. Although its not the best track. |

Do you like Ventolin, too? It really wouldn't be bad at all if it didn't have the annoying high pitch squeal throughout the entire track. It's not even that I don't like it, I just can't physically listen to it--gives me a headache. |

When I first heard Ventolin, it sounded really harsh. But now me and my friends listen to it, and it's a pretty cool track. I like his distortions and cool effects he adds in it. That's what I like about Drukqs,too. All of the crazy effects he uses. Well, I'm off to lunch. See ya people! |

hah, lunch im goin to sleep. yeah i thought ventolin was crazy noise when i first heard it and skipped it. now i listen to it and its actually pretty good. my beef isnt with ventolin but with a few other tracks that dont interest me very much on that album. overall its a pretty good cd but i prefer some of his other releases more. goin to sleep, bye. |

I admit I turn down the volume about on that track. Sometimes I'm really in the mood for it and I just rock out to it...other times I'm not, its the weakest track imo, but for some reason the whole album is so great to me, so emotional that it could be 4 minutes of nails on a chalkboard and I would still fucking love it (the album, not the nail/chalkboard track). I think I Care Because You Do is the pinnacle of electronic music. Nothing has surpassed it. Tracks 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10 are all some of the best musical compositions ever, In my personal (yet admittedly overzealous) opinion. Tracks 5, 8, 9, 11, and 12 are just amazing electronica tracks, that perfectly smooth over whole album, give you moments to make a rest stop on your aphex-piloted intergalactic journey. oh my god I can't believe that last sentance I just wrote. lol |
