It's not really winmx, it's an opennap server just like the old Napster. winmx just has a method to connect to opennap servers. There are other clients for all operating systems. |

It seems like that's the favorite of the 3 avatars that I use! It's not likely that I'll be at the server to chat much this weekend, but my files will be shared, so feel free to browse around, there's plenty of interesting stuff to sample (I recommend the Telemann Recorder Concerto) :-) |

Make sure you're using the exact version of Napster (1.0b1) listed on the mapigator home page. If you're still having trouble, the client "rapster" does work for download and chat, but has no upload... If you're on OSX, I saw a "belgonap" napster client listed on but I don't know if it works with the opennap network or not. The client situation isn't that great on MacOS. :( |
