I heard that it stays in your blood stream for 6 weeks, so you have a good two week margin there mate. Though hair tests can tell if you've ever smoked it in your entire life. I doubt they'd use this method as they wouldn't reject someone who smoked 10 years ago or whatever surely. And if they're that facistic they would be on other aspects and that an't good so you'd be best off out of there. |

I should imagine they are more likely to be worried about hard drug use... if you're a heavy smoker then it's gonna be difficult to fully pass the test so just follow the advice about drinking a ton of water & the rest on that site linked & then it'll be a very very low reading (which tends to be treated as an error, meaning a negative result...)...& yeah,lay off the weed obviously... (if it was just a single spliff you smoked a week ago then that won't show up...not enough THC in that to linger in the body very long...)... I think smoking weed/hash/whatever is so common nowadays...so probably isn't too much to worry about... |

I have to be checked for other reasons in my new job. I had to fill in a security form asking me if I'd been involved in activities meant to undermine parliamentary democracy through political, industrial or violent means. My form has been sent to MI5 in London for my background to be checked. I don't think they'll look too kindly on my political activity. Then again, I may be a bit paranoid. |
