Track one is superb! The first dancable track in a long time. He's succeeded in sounding not at all like himself, well you know what I mean.
Track two is ok. Track three does funny things to your ears if listen at high volume!

Jace! Track #1 does indeed "spank the funk monkey".

The second track == Brain Melt. You have to play it loud to appreciate the amplitude trickery when the middle hits.

why blush! that tune is superb. old doesn't mean bad. in fact, it's the start of the house/techno scene - it may sound minimal but it's pure. frsh. inspiring. sad that the kids don't understand.
house came about as an update of r&b and disco. elements from electro and developments in technology evolved a full frequency range of soul. this developed into the pathetically-named IDM genre. please let's start a campaign against IDM - what about Abstract Dance, a description originated by the old London pirate radio stations?
