Girl/Boy Song just seems like THE prototypical, ''perfect''
IDM track. It has everything... insane beats, wicked
melodies, it's the shit.

of all the AFX tracks to use - to me, IDM is represented by
PIONEERS OF THE HYPNOTIC GROOVE -- it's the first i heard
and so it stuck in my noggin

is that an AB track I aint heard marlowe?
AB5 perchance ?
....aint gone the full hog on the AB series yet
i put ACRID down cause I was listening to it at the time
therefore a superficial response ... to a basically
quite superficial question. what is typical ? the means by
which all else is judged ? I dunno. I'm just a cockerney
barrer boy me ;)

I always thought Come to Daddy was another essential piece
of IDM, and so is Autechre's ''Rae''...

I thought that was a sexual act for a bloke who's stuck
between being a foot fetishist or a straight forward
mish-man. cock-her-knees ?
bad joke "`i'll shut it naaaar " awzat me owd cocker sparrer
choina ? :)

for me the album Geometry by Jega sounds like what I imagine
the overall sound of IDM being... Autechre's later stuff as
well I guess...
