listen to all my cds and mp3s i can't get enough.

* looks frantically for new mp3s*

I don't think I like them. I just watched Trainspotting
today, are they on that soundtrack, or am I thinking of
someone else?

they are on the soundtrack. it's the song "born slippy" (it
is played when ewan mcgregor is pulling the money out of the
locker near the end of the movie) it's got a catchy melody
at parts... but i'm not really into them anymore.

it`s a brilliant movie[I may be biased as Im scottish]the
books even better,very funny,sick etc.etc.
I prefer the original version of born slippy[from the pearls
girl single]it sounds nothing like born slippy though.

the new album sounds exactly like the last one
so what exactly did darren emerson do anyway?

i don't think they'll be verry happy about there new album
being everywhere 3 months before the release date

but i'll probably but it anyway

Darren Emersen did evertything! Have you checked underworld
prior to him? they were a horrible cheesey pseudo pop act!
Emerssson sucks too but together they did some good pop
tunes. The lead singer of underworld is such a wanker! I
haven;t heard the new underworld but I'm sure it's related
to emmmerson.mmmm. my m key isn't working.

I just finished listening to "a hundred days off". I've
followed those guys since dubnobasswithmyheadman. STITI is
a wicked album too.

Emmerson may have started them in motion, but I think Rick
Smith is a crazy perfectionist - he's got the style down.

Born Slippy is a terrible Underworld song. It's easily my
least favourite pile of crap. They have a style/attitude
that is all their own.

I'm a really big Underworld fan, but the only album of
theirs I don't like is actually STITI. I never understood
the fuss about it, myself. Love Dubnomassiwthmyheadman,
though.
Originally got into the band through Born Slippy...hadn't
heard the song, I just liked the look of the cover so I
bought it.

based solely on their Sonar appearence, i think Underworld
are absolute SHITE...
.. they had 2 breakbeatish tracks near the end of their set
that were passable but the shitty disco techno that preceded
it with that monotonous vocal underlieing everything sucked
major ass... MTV dancemusic for the masses folks and it
wasn´t helped by the singers Einem/Robbie willians style
girations on stage. whoopy doo da day... they have a fancy
laser display for ONE of their tracks... ppppfh.

by the way, i really enjpoyed AFX, Hellfish, Phoenecia etc..
music with a bit of actual heart

I can´t say much about their studio stuff and am defo

The 3rd album was originally going to be called: "and
tonight matthew, i am going to be underworld!
"... i
loved that when i read the announcement somewhere in a
musicmagazine. And i remember being really dissapointed when
it eventually was released and the title was just Beaucoup
Fish. Hmpf. The first one seems so intruiging... who's
matthew? aren't they already always underworld? Questions
questions.

nice album though
