With regard to music I guess everything comes down to personal taste in the end, i would like to think that i have a broad range of tastes but i also think that i'm very picky about what i listen to, opinions?

I'm picky in that I usually either really like/dislike a piece rather than not feeling one way or another about it. I would say I have a very broad taste musically though. There is no genre I can think of that I don't like at least one track from, even country & western (blushes).

i wil listen to absolutely anything, you can't dismiss any form of music, amongst the shite there will allways be great music, from steaming cheddar right up to the more serious side of music, thinking about it, music might be alot like politics, when you go one way you come right back round on yourself, so if you start making cheddar and progress to a more serious side, eventually you'll come back to making cheddar again, even if you think it's really serious.

I listen to anything...my favourite ambient sounds are actually sitting in my back garden with a spliff listening to the sounds coming from the docks of a night time. :)

I actually meant the sounds of the cranes loading the containers onto the liners, the sound of the mini windfarm and the general natural sounds :)
