last night i read the last two volumes of Gunnm, and it was great... i felt like i was in this wicked world, with a wicked brain like the mad scientist desty nova, or whatever...
all these fantasy worlds — and reality seems so dull. -_- what's strange is that these exciting worlds are coming out of reality. yeah, of course, it's not that strange. reality is like soil, if you cultivate it with work, if you have enough fertilizer/talent and if the soil is good enough (luck), this kind of things can grow. i wish i had enough talent, enough patience and enough will-power to make things like that. of course, all these fantasy worlds are virtual, but maybe that's better this way, after all. maybe if we were really living in them it wouldn't be that great at all. yeah, it's better to live in a dream. kind of. reality is a strange world too, in fact it may be stranger than all fantasy worlds imagined — but not strange in a good way to me... but who cares. -_-
i read somewhere that there are an always growing infinity of worlds existing, and every imaginable or non-imaginable world exists somewhere. this makes me happy. well, a bit.
feeling somewhere else with a good manga/book/album/movie/dream/whatever. this makes me happy. maybe i'll regret my attitude of living in a dream and not caring much about reality later, but i don't care, i could regret not having done that as well after all.
when i see some people stuck in reality it makes me almost feel sorry for them. (:

uh, thats not the meaning of life....
but i agree, i beleive in parallel dimensions- something that is just a tv show or boo kor whatever here, is really being played out somewhere else....this means all tv shows, movies etc are true stories....i wouldnt want to live there though, this world may be crappy but its the best one there is :S

as for parallel dimensions, has anyone here heared about this new discovery by scientists? supposedly a group of scientists have stumbled across these strange speeding invisible lights (which they call rods) they supposedley zip around everywhere at light speed and constantly pass through everything from the earth itself to our very bodies?? they are only visible in slow motion!
they think that they might have something to do with other dimensions and they are beleived to have been here on earth way before humans evolved????

do u mean tacheons? they go faster than the speed of light...since it is impossible for anything to aquire enough energy to do this, scientists beleive tacheons have *always* been going faster than light.....also, they travel backwards through time, not forwards and are smaller than atoms....
but i dont see what that has to do with parallel dimensions
