"cant tell you how she dies, youd never see the movie"

makes it sound like you know how she dies...

myself, i'd be happy if episode III was cancelled. IV
through VI were badass. Episode I a HUGE disappointment, and
Episode II is even worse. George Lucas should have quit
while he was ahead. now Star Wars is just a way to sell
products and make money. sad, really.

bzzzzt.

i obviously know it's an episode V thing.

but i like hoth so much that i wish they'd set a new film on
worlds like that rather than on claustrophobic CGI-created
locations that flit past your view in 1.6 seconds flat.

good point. real sets and real models will always look
better (to me, anyway) than CGI.

geonosis was annoying because it could have been a huge
vista of war-ravaged desert and rock, with the heroes going
on a voyage of combat-filled adventure, but instead it felt
like a swift series of 1-second CGI clips, and it almost had
the feel of a disney animation like The Lion King or
something.

There was nothing wrong with the animation in the Lion
King...or Episode II

Hoth=Norway

Im not a CGI fan either....

The ship in the begining of EP2 looked great tho. (padmes
ship that gets blown up!!)
You couldn't tell it was CG!!
It sounded crappy though , like an old regular ww2 bomber
plane or something.
The sound has always been cool tho in starwars, mostly very
odd and fresh sounds (Seismic charges!!!)

>>i wonder how padme dies...<<

Early word is Anakin wipes her out while taking down Samuel
Jackson in the process.
