I found a site yesterday from which I downloaded 34 megabyte (zipped) of Commodore 64 SID files (that's music files) from old C64 games. It contains the music to just about every game ever released.
Some of the music is amazing. Check out Jeroen Tel's electro beats and use of sampling on Turbo Outrun for instance. I'm going to start some remixing.....

I can't remember precisely where I got them, but I think it was called something like the High Voltage Sid collection.
