i dont know about the pop thing i like to think of it as
deep indie rock in my heart of hearts because pop has so
many negative conos against it .... but yes i love the blue
album... tis sweet!

The Beatles Blue Album (67-70) is a hell of a lot better.
Obviously! But Weezer is pretty damn great, except what I've
heard from them lately.

im not really a big rock fan...and definitely not an 'emo'
fan...even if i do look like one sometimes...
but the few weezer tracks ive heard from that album arent
that bad...i remember 'say it aint so' being one of my
favorite songs that summer

the blue album by weezer is by far their best work, and is a
classic album all around. Weezer is one of my favorite bands
and desprite the recent tub of shit they've been producing,
I still hold the blue album close to my heart.

yeah weezer used to be good, the tone of the guitars on
'blue' is awesome. really grungy, even metal-ly but still
friendly sounding. it's cuz they use so many second
inversion power chords.
