I was watching this again the other day and I realized
something: I love every scene. It's the most consistency
enjoyable comedy I know of. Well it's got to be top 3
comedies of all time.

Any thoughts?

What's this day of rest shit? What's this bullshit? I don't
fuckin' care! It don't matter to Jesus. But you're not
foolin' me, man. You might fool the fucks in the league
office, but you don't fool Jesus. This bush league
psyche-out stuff. Laughable, man -- ha ha! I was gonna fuck
you in the ass Saturday. I fuck you in the ass next
Wednesday instead. Wooo! You got a date Wednesday, baby!

I love john goodman in this movie, he has the best role, and
is always telling Donny to shut up.

So funny when he accuses the Kid and he didnt do it. Then
he smashes the neighbors corvette, that has nothing to do
with the kid or his family.

yeah i agree, this one of the good comedies thats actually a
good movie as well. I mean theres a lot of funny movies but
the rest of it horrible and has no story, its hard to find a
good funny comedy with a story.

One of my favorites.

Just for fun, look at the date on the check that the dude is
signing at the beginning of the film when he's buying milk.
Then listen to what George Bush Sr. is talking about on the
television while he's doing it. Coincidence? I think not.

Yeah, and their band was called Autobahn, a tribute to (or
parody of) Kraftwerk.
